Participants have to complete a single day road race of at least 90km in length in under 3 hours 30 minutes in the six months leading up to the event to qualify to take part in theTour of Good Hope.

FULL PACKAGE entries include daily lunches following stages 1, 2, 3 and 4. (No lunch on stage 5)
FULLY STOCKED WATER POINTS
All stages of the race feature fully stocked water points with a great range of fuel items to keep you going.
FIRST AID / RESCUE TEAMS
First aid and off road rescue teams on route and at start/finish venues.
* A race doctor will be on site.
Sweep vehicles and backup vehicles will be available throughout the tour.
